Clinton Friedman is an amazing photographer from South Africa who takes photos of native plants. The plants photographed were gathered from different corners of Southern Africa. West Elm collaborated with him on these pure silk pillows printed with his botanical photographs. Aren't they lovely and fresh for summer?

  1. Like putting an outfit together based on a terrific pair of shoes, I could put a room together based on this stunning cushion! Very fresh!

  2. These are beautiful. Would love a couple to throw on the sofa in the new house we’re moving into next month! They would be the perfect finishing touch :)

  3. All my house is decorated with nature style, rattan, flowers, raffia are everywhere. This would be just about perfect. Amazing job.

  4. That gorgeous leaf study would bring some green and life to my living room. Everything will likely burn up outside in the Texas heat, this would be a great touch for the summer months!

  5. These are so beautiful, and would really brighten up my little living room this summer. I would pick the leaf study or impala lily.

  6. OH! Just lovely. I can feel myself leaning back on the leaf pillow . . . a smile on my face . . . sunshades on . . . sipping a tall cool iced tea . . . sooo grateful summer is here!

  7. I’m moving in with my boyfriend next month! And it’s not just a convenience thing. (He’s not a deadbeat freeloader thank goodness.) We’re excited but nervous. It’s the first time either of us have moved in with a significant other. And we’ll be decorating on a zero budget. We both have worked in wilderness therapy with troubled youth, so the botanical, outdoorsy style is right up our alley. Plus sneaking in a silk pillow will help me soften his mountain man style. Help cushion our decoration fusion!
