Just in case you've ever wanted to learn about flower arranging, I thought I'd let you know about my online class, Floral Arranging 101, that is launching in a couple of weeks.  It's a four week course and you can choose which month you'd like to take it in. It's available through Nicolesclasses.com. Nicole runs a really great online classroom with a variety of subjects from photography to watercolors to sewing and flower arranging. You can learn at your own pace and it's open to anyone, anywhere!

For the flower class, you'll be tackling a different sort of flower arrangement each week and I'll guide you along the way to finding the right flowers and tools that you'll need. Each week includes videos and written material. You'll send in a photo of your arrangement each week, and I'll offer feedback. You'l be able to email and chat with me so you can find out anything you want to know about flower arranging.

Hope to see you in flower class!

  1. I’m really interested in taking a flower class, but I was wondering if you’ll be teaching any classes at the Ace again this spring or summer?

  2. Hi Justine,

I have no flower classes planned for Portland. There will potentially be a flower demonstration I’ll be having in a couple of months and a workshop in NYC. Stay tuned to Frolic! for details. With the online class, you’ll have a lot of one on one attention which is great!
