Mmmm tangelos are amazing. Blood oranges would be delish too. Oh dear, I'm thinking about exercise and looking at blog posts about cake. No wonder my fave jeans no longer fit!!

Looks lovely. I hate cake too. I made a similar cake with pears a few weeks ago. Light and simple, yum.
