Indulge my ice skating obsession for just a moment more! This 2008 clip of Virtue & Moir skating to The Umbrellas of Cherbourg is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.
P.S. Performed in this costume, it's also stunning (I think I like the performance a bit more too).

Wow! That was amazing. I loved their program too! But, I also loved the Americans that won silver. They were quite amazing as well.

Aren't they the most beautiful couple? So elegant and graceful - and unfortunatley unlike so many of their competitors. Both this routine and last night's routine were amazingly beautiful.

so good! they certainly have excellent taste in costumes (which sometimes seems a bit rare with skaters) and music!

oh wow - so gorgeous. Elegance personified! Those aerial shots were incredible. Reminds me of a music box when you open the lid and a tiny pair of skaters start skating.

I was definitely cheering for them last night.
There is something magical about them, so graceful, such good skaters but that chemistry is just electric.

I love watching the Olympic ice skating. As a kid I remember the first games I saw on T.V...the 1976 Winter Olympics with Dorthy Hamill. Ohh...how I wanted to skate and have hair like her! :)
