This is one of my favorite weddings from the archives. Originally featured in Portland Bride and Groom, the wedding of George and Glenn took place on Sauvie Island, a charming little island outside of Portland. They wore suits by local favorite, Duchess Clothier and the wedding was filled with handmade details like gingham napkins, hand-written name cards, and monogrammed fudge.

How cute! Those invitations are fabulous. So is Sauvie Island, apparently. Did you see the wedding esb posted on Sauvie? Also amazing.

Nice idea for invitations
What a totally cool day. Loving their simple approach and the sweat tea label is awesome.
I’m in love with those invitations! (And their suits, and that corn!) Great find!
Wonderful foreshadowing!! I am a Californian basking in the glory of the newly repealed Prop 8!!!
Those are such beautiful invitations
Chelsea, thanks so much for re-posting our wedding — how flattering!

The monogrammed fudge is not a detail lost on this sassy homosexual. Loves it.
