Sunday is the day for travel fantasies at my house. My brother and his wife are in the Ukraine right now so I am thinking of heading there for Christmas. We'll see. I always love searching my dream trips on Flickr.

strawberry candy favors

Here's a fun way to wrap little candy favors or gifts! I used a stamp, some waxed twine and simple paper bags. I love the idea of stamping the outside with whatever flavor is inside the wrapping. See more details here.

fischer spring 2012

   

I like to stay pretty seasonal here on Frolic! but today is sunny, I am dreaming of spring flowering bulbs, and Kristina from Fischer just sent over her new look book for next spring! yorkshire dales watercolor

My grandmother gave me this painting a few weeks ago because she is trying to get rid of stuff before she moves. It's a watercolor of the Yorkshire Dales by her cousin, Clifford. I love having this little piece of England (and family history) in my house.
