Neufchatel cheese is made in Normandy, traditionally in heart shapes. I think it's absolutely delightful and would make a great little Valentine gift or treat for a party. I am keeping my eyes out for it at my local markets. Here are some other places you can buy it online:

this is great! i can't decide whether i like the taste or the shape the best! i've had it before, but i guess it was the american version because it wasn't in the shape of a heart, so it wasn't nearly as much fun!
